Western Washington All British Field Meet 2023

Arrival 09:00 - many cars already in place - took this photo before someone blocked my 1980 MGB.

Same angle of the MG section in the afternoon with the beautiful Lodge at St Edwards Park in full sun.

Closeup in the afternoon sun with Libby in front of our 1980 MGB & the beautiful Lodge at St Edwards Park

A few of the antique MG TA, TC and TD's

MG section from above with a red MGB identical to my old one in the foreground
Below that a line up of some gorgeous MGA's, my very first car, a black 1958 MGA, when I was in college.

We all like to show off our engines and show the car with the hood up... that is my 1980 MGB in the middle.

This is the engine compartment on my 1980 MGB. It gets a lot of looks!

Speaking of an engine to show off, this MGB is fitted with a spectacular 400 HP V8 engine

Here is the story on that V-8... incredible transformation.

This is the Triumph section with many beautiful TR-3s, TR-4s and other later models.

This is the Sunbeam section... with many proud Sunbeam Tiger owners showing their V-8 Tigers.

These are some Austin Healey Sprites with the notable 58-61 Bug-eye Sprites.

These are my favorites... the Austin Healey, and the Austin Healey 3000 built from 1959 to 1967.

If your taste runs to more exotic cars, these are the legendary Aston Martins.

No British car show would be complete without a few Rolls Royce and Bentley motorcars.

A car built today with an almost cult-like following is the Austin Mini Cooper.

This is the Jaguar Section, as the sign proclaims. Many jags here from classics to the new F-Type.

Possibly one of the most beautiful cars ever built - the Jaguar XK - this is a superb example

This is the 6 cylinder engine fitted to the Jaguar XK sports cars.

And this is gorgeous Jaguar E-type or XKE, displayed with a classic suitcase on the luggage rack.

This is the XKE's legendary 12 cylinder engine... easily the most beautiful factory stock engine of all time..

The same XKE 12 cylinder engine viewed from the other side showing the bank of 3 carburetors.

The Western Washington All British Field Meet is held every year at St Edward State Park in Kenmore, WA on the north side of Seattle on the shores of Lake Washington. This beautifully restored landmark building peacefully tucked away in a lush 326-acre forest, was originally a Catholic Seminary and is now an exclusive Lodge.
